If there is one way that we could describe what we have witnessed as business owners in the last 18 months, it would be nothing short of a miracle. All of us have experienced so much change and upheaval. Yet, we have watched our community members embodying the concept of resilience despite all the challenges we have faced together. We are so grateful for the amount of support we have had while navigating these continued unprecedented times, which is why we wanted to put out a short thank you message as we wish all of you a Happy New Year.
Even as busy, independent business owners, 2021 continued to test us in a way that we never expected in this industry. Yet, we continue to be blown away by how everyone in our lives has shown up with unwavering support again and again.
To our customers and clients: we want to send you a true, heartfelt thank you as you ring in the New Year. It has been so amazing to see so many faithful, long-time customers and clients walk through the doors of Plant Perfect again and again with questions and general enthusiasm to make their gardens the best that they can be. It has also been wonderful to meet so many new faces who decided to embark on a lifelong path as a green thumb when this pandemic hit. As we reflect on the past year, it is easy to look at how much has changed, but we are also acutely aware that there is one thing that has remained the same: a shared, steadfast love of all things plants in this community and beyond! Without all of you and your support, we would not be able to continue to do what we love, and for that, we cannot thank you enough.
In addition to the immense gratitude we have for every single person who has walked through the doors of Plant Perfect (or taken advantage of curbside pickup!) with big garden dreams, we extend our thank you note and Happy New Year wishes to our dedicated, hardworking staff. Running a garden center is not a one-man job by any means, and we are so lucky to have each, and every one of our knowledgeable staff members shows up every day with a smile on, excited to serve the Bismarck community. Customer-facing work is extremely rewarding but amid the pandemic, also very challenging! Regardless of the challenges they have faced, they have put their best foot forward to make the Plant Perfect experience an enjoyable one for every person that walked through the door this year.
